Pooja specialises in consumer insights, with proven expertise in integrating insights with business strategy, innovation, measurement, shopper and communication development. Across a career spanning 20+ years, she has held leadership roles in large FMCG companies as well as research agencies. Pooja has deep experience in India, Southeast Asia, China and Africa.
Aaron brings over two decades of experience in dairy nutrition and holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Otago. He has led numerous research initiatives aimed at uncovering the health benefits of dairy proteins, with work spanning areas such as sports performance and recovery, satiety, obesity management, and leading protein quality. Now focused on breakthrough innovation, Aaron identifies and develops new opportunities for Fonterra in the health and wellnes space.
Nishaa is an Associate Marketing Manager at Fonterra, currently working in the Advanced Nutrition Category with a special focus on protein ingredients. She has experience in global market research, product strategy and product activation. Historically, Nishaa has worked across B2B ingredients brands such as NZMP and Nutiani as well as B2C nutrition brands such as Anchor. She has a special interest in health and wellness and delivering nutrition solutions to consumers around the world.
